Our client, located in Dubai, is currently searching for a Loan Specialist who has Government, Interstate Lending, experience to join their team. This person must be able to process purchase, manufactured home, refinance and home equity loans. This person could be placed on specialty team of bond loans, joint venture, interstate lending and production branch lending.
Our client is looking for an individual who has experience funding at least 40 loans and an active pipeline to manage 55 plus.
Must Haves:
-3 + years of loan processing experience and have a full understanding of Credit analysis, Underwriting experience with first and second mortgage experience.
-Strong knowledge of loan products/systems.
-Able to interrupt and analyze credit reports, title reports, and appraisal reports

Run both standardized and customized analytics off of the data, and produce presentation-quality tables and graphs. Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis, examining the client's performance relative to its strategic objectives, internal policies and practices, banking culture and competitive environment.
Prepare client's data for analysis by loading data extract files into Access and creating queries to perform key calculations.
Conduct customized data mapping for each client, between clients' source system and S&P's database. Explain data requirements and field definitions to client. Explore alternative data sources, where applicable. Document data mapping for data extract programmer.
Conduct data validation, including running portfolio diagnostics. Verify key indicators with client, including portfolio size, risk distribution and fee incidence.
Participate in client interviews at all levels of the organization; help document, synthesize and interpret interview findings.
Customize S&P's standard performance measurement methodology based on bank-specific requirements, such as the universe of facilities which are in-scope for measurement or the list of proposed initiatives.
As a Personal Banker you'll acquire, retain and expand new and existing relationships. You'll proactively meet with customers - face to face or over the phone -- to discover their financial needs and provide product recommendations.
You will be contributing directly to the success of the firm by maximizing the depth and profitability of the customer's relationship through partnering with sales specialists in Retail Lending, Small Business, Investments, Chase At Work and other product areas. What you will be doing
The role is a sole charge role reporting to the Finance Director. Responsibilities include, month end accounting, production of weekly and monthly management accounts, preparation of returns, corporate payments and ad hoc tax calculations and preparation of year-end statutory accounts. In addition, they would like the individual concerned to be heavily involved in the whole IT infrastructure development that is planned for the company.

Education to at least 'A' level standard or equivalent, ACCA/ACA qualified with experience of management reporting from any industry background. You should have ability to prioritise a number of different tasks at once, be highly organised and methodical with an ability to see projects through to completion, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. The primary areas of responsibility are:
Manage the daily Treasury P&L flash and month-end P&L forecast processes
Manage the monthly flash to GL reconciliation process including elements not currently flashed, Debt Issuance Fees and Buyback P&L
Produce monthly MIS around flash and forecast P&L
Liaise with Treasury Middle Office to clear booking errors
Manage one direct report
Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CA with technical degree
