Currency
| The unit of currency in the UAE is the Dirham (Dh) which is made up of 100 fils. The Dirham is linked to the U.S. dollar at a rate of US$1 = Dhs 3.67. The numerous local and international banks offer all of the usual banking services with some offering offshore banking. There are no government restrictions on the international transfer of funds into or out of the country. |
