Project Manager Oman 1 Opening New

We are seeking a Senior level project manager with an ability to multi-task and a "can do" attitude to oversee the project management team as well as run projects, carry out site inspections, development monitoring and producing tenders. You will be working on residential and commercial projects, from one of bespoke developments through to large multi-phased projects. The ideal candidate will be qualified and have solid experience in project management and building surveying/ quantity surveying or architecture and be confident in their ability to manage a team. Salary will be circa £70K plus an extensive benefits package.

They need Senior Site Engineers to deliver engineering excellence on large projects (5-10m) as part of the programme described above. Projects are multi-discipline and include detailed design, construct & commission responsibilities. Site Engineers will be responsible for the engineering function on site, which will include specification, construction and commissioning of modification and extension projects including civils structures, pipework and pumping systems, specialist plant, electrical supplies, ICA and SCADA.
As a highest priority, the work involves the development of safe systems of work including method statements and risk assessment.
Engineers are required in all disciplines and will preferably be experienced or newly qualified Chartered Engineers. You will have gained similar experience on construction projects within the Water Sector (Clean & Dirty).
Site Engineers will need to work closely with the water company Engineering staff and should have experience of working in partnering/incentive based arrangements

This opportunity is less detailed design and more conceptual and options oriented. Multiple projects could be involved.
