Major Responsibilities / Activities:

Proactively evaluate and implement new training methodologies to ensure training programs and schedules meet the needs of the business;
Develop and maintain training materials and aides relevant to training courses and business needs;
Work proactively to effectively plan the implementation and deployment of major technology projects;
Form strong working relationships with key partners and staff throughout the firm.
Work together with National Human Resources to develop and maintain the National Orientation Program;
Oversee the daily management of training venues and ensure that all venues are presented professionally;
Assist the Learning and Development Advisers in the delivery of learning programs.
Key competencies required for this role:
3+ years experience in an IT training role
In-depth experience in team leadership and management
DUTIES STATEMENT:
