Reporting to the Structures Manager, our client seeks a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to lead and carry out Civil and Structural Designs for the Industrial & Power Group from concept to implementation. Your duties will include:
Proactively participate within a team on projects from design, to installation, project development and client liaison.
Carry out substations and transmission lines structural and civil design
Affective management and overseeing the drafting team & junior engineers, select equipment and provide cost estimates.
Site supervision and verification of installation against design.
Prepare, reports, proposals, technical specifications and data sheets

One of the largest projects within their portfolio is currently seeking two Senior Project Engineer (CIVILS) to work on a 6 year contract within the metro area. Engineers, must have their own limited company to be pay-rolled on a contract basis, however there may be the possibility of permanent employment for engineers who don‘t have a limited company.
The project involves a significant amount of earthworks and bridges stretching up to 30km of new railway therefore the suitable individuals for these roles should be experienced qualified Civil Engineers with big project experience and knowledge of delivering challenging scopes of works. Rail experience is preferable but a background in earthworks and/or civils structures is definitely required.
