You will be a proficient user of Microstation preferably with a civil and structural background. Design Drafting works relate to multi-faceted areas in Dams, Roads, Water Engineering, Mechanical Platforms etc., Reporting to a Design Engineer you will form part of a dynamic and friendly team.
Essential: Tertiary Qualifications in Structural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or significant suitable experience. Proven recent experience in the use of Microstation. Civil Designer Location Dubai
Due to the success of this thriving civil and structural engineering consultancy, there is an opportunity for a Civil Designer to join their team. You will be involved in a range of projects including bridges, roads, institutional, commercial and residential buildings. As a Civil Designer you will be involved in: Design and documentation using 12D civil design software including 12D drainage module, Autotrack and AutoCAD. Working on projects which involve earthworks, roadworks, drainage & carpark areas
Maintaining civil engineering standards & statuary requirements such as Austroads and the RTA NSW Road Design Guide, Leading staff to achieve project goals
Liaise with industry consultants and develop relationships. Assist in project management. You will be a Civil Designer with approximately 10 years experience working on a range of civil infrastructure and urban development projects. You will be technically very strong and be proficient in the use of 12D, Autotrack and AutoCAD. Salary will be based on experience but will be in the range of $175k-$210k US+ benefits. Salaries outside this range will be considered for exceptional levels of experience

Our client is one of the largest specialist infrastructure engineering contractors. Work is now starting on a major Road improvement programme which requires an experienced Project Manager. You will have previous experience in RTA roadworks projects for a reputable contractor
The main responsibilities will include:
Interpret plans and estimate costs and quantities of materials needed
Plan construction methods and procedures
Coordinate the supply of labour and materials
Supervise construction sites and direct site managers and engineers to make sure standards of construction performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained
Make sure that all regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced during operations.
The key attributes we are seeking include:
