Traffic Engineer Location Dubai
A global consultancy is looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer to join their traffic and transportation department. This is a critical role and the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in delivering current projects along with getting involved in winning new work.
The successful candidate will have around 5-7 years experience within Traffic Engineering and planning and ideally hold some public transport experience including buses, metro, trams, cycleways etc. You will have strong written and spoken communication skills and be able to produce reports of a high quality for your clients. An ability to work as part of a team and to lead more junior members of staff will be crucial.

Project Manager Location Dubai
Reporting to the Construction Manager the main purpose of this role will be to co-ordinate and control the design, procurement and construction phases of projects to ensure completion in accordance with requirements. The role will involve project management of larger scale projects as well as subcontract sections so the ideal candidate will have had exposure to all aspects of Civil Engineering.
Manage and provide leadership to the project, developing annual and short-term business plans and strategies. Review project performance against plans on a regular basis and make continuous improvements. Achieve budget as measured against gross margin targets. Liaison with the Construction Manager and involvement in the preparation of tender documentation. Oversee the coordination and management of design activities. Overseeing the administration and monitoring of subcontractor performance. Assisting the Project Engineer with the preparation and submission of monthly progress payment claims. Assisting the Financial Controller with the preparation of regular project forecasts
Liaison and coordination with the designers to ensure that all civil, structural, building and electrical/mechanical program and technical interface requirements are effectively managed and achieved. Development and implementation of a Project specific Management Plan incorporating OH&S, Environmental and Quality requirements.
Ensure site compliance with all aspects of the Quality Assurance System and site Quality Plan as measured by audit compliance and successful resolution of non-conformance reports
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 5 years civil experience coupled with tertiary qualifications in Engineering. You will possess the ability to mentor others and have excellent communication skills. It is essential that you possess high spec design ability with experience working on road, rail or water projects

Civil Engineer Location Dubai

Industry experience within heavy industrial projects: mining, petrochemical, power is a must within this position, preferable experience will be a major asset.
