The project involves construction of "The Academies" complex located in the south east corner of Dubai Sports City (DSC). The complex consists of 8 blocks, block A1 & A2 will each house a hostel building comprising a ground floor and 2 additional floors accommodating up to 524 people, block B1 will house a fitness centre, block B2 will house an olympic length swimming pool and B3 will house an indoor cricket pitch, block C will house an international football pitch, block D will house a world hockey academy, and block E will house a cricket pavilion. The project will also include a rugby training facility, 3 water tanks, a plant room, 2 substations, a workshop for maintenance and a car park complex.
The USD 172 million project involves construction of a shopping mall complex. The complex will have various components including 2 Souqs, one called the Al-Qaws Souq which hosts more than 40 service outlets and the other named as the Bawadi Souq which hosts 55 traditional Souq type operators. The mall will house the Carrefour Hypermarket along with leading brands in more than 400 stores as well as a 16 lane bowling alley, a roller skating rink, a go kart track, 17 food court outlets with a seating capacity of 1150 people, 8 casual outdoor dining restaurants, 8 movie theatres and 3, 500 car parking spaces. The built up area of the mall is 145, 000 m² (1, 561, 000 ft²) excluding parking of which 110, 000 m² (1, 184, 000 ft²) will be leased out.
The USD 275 million luxury hotel complex will stand 15 storey's high.It will have 330 hotel rooms and 121 executive serviced apartments and 290 to 310 luxury branded apartments. The Hotel will have three restaurants, a lobby lounge and a bar. It will also have meetings and conference space including a ballroom and five meeting rooms. Recreational amenities includes a health club, tennis courts, 2 bars, 2 restaurants, a spa, an indoor and an outdoor swimming pools. Under ground is an extensive three storey car park. The interior will blend elements of modern style and classic arabic design elements for a showplace of luxury and elegance. The 330 guestrooms and suites will include a ritz-carlton suite and royal suite with the convenience and comfort suitable to host visiting dignitaries and delegations
The USD 86.7 million two tower project comprises a 25 storey and a 21 storey tower with commercial space on the ground floor. It includes facilities like olympic size swimming pool, a health club, a tennis court, a squash court, outdoor jogging tracks, retail space for shops, restaurants, a two level car park, business centre, day care centre and a host of other modern amenities for contemporary living.
The USD 272 million project involves construction of 86-storey tower encompassing 25 business levels and 50 residential floors comprising 520 apartments and penthouses.
The USD 100.8 million Zayed University campus consists of 6 colleges of different disciplines: 1) Arts & Humanities, 2) Management Sciences, 3) Communication & Media Sciences, 4) Education, 5) Home Science, and 6) Information Systems. The design of the 3-storey building is such that students can move around the campus without being subject to the hot and humid weather conditions. The design also incorporates several features of the local architecture including a tent over the open courtyard and covered & landscaped corridors. The new buildings will accommodate the existing number of students as well as the projected growth in the number of students in future. Construction of the university will be carried out in 2 phases.
Malak Tower consists of a basement for parking & services, commercial shops on the ground floor & 38 residential floors offering one, two and three bedroom apartments.
Al Waleed Paradise Tower consists of 3 basement floors for car parking, a ground floor, 33 additional residential floors, and a floor for a health club & swimming pool.
Emirates Crown will have 2 basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor, 3 floors for parking and 59 additional floors.

The USD 140 million project is a 101-metre tall hotel which is conceived in a signature pyramid shape having 19 floors. It consists of 240 rooms which include 188 guestrooms and 52 luxurious suites. In addition there are nine food & beverage outlets and seven meeting rooms and a spa. The hotel complex will also house 22,482 sq m of retail space spread over two floors consisting of 91 shops and a large apartment store as well as parking space for 1,000 vehicles.
